How my spiritual journey is helping to heal my PMDD

I was diagnosed with ADHD and PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) just a few months ago, but I’ve struggled with both of these ‘differences’ for the last 25 years of my life. PMDD is PMT’s scary sister that can leave women feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed and unable to cope.

This month I’ve been video blogging about spirituality. I’ve blogged about spirituality and ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, autism and finally this week is all about my journey with PMDD. If you have PMDD yourself, or if you know someone that is struggling with PMT (and they think it maybe PMDD), please share this with them. It’s important to remember that this is only my journey and I’m not suggesting that this could work for every woman with PMDD, but it might just help one woman or even a handful of women.  Please scroll down to watch the video.

Thank you so much for this. It has brought me so much encouragmet and love and strength as I have been going through the same, and knowing deep in my self that everything is emotional, but still feeling quite alone in it. Thank you so much xx
